These lists are meant to clear up any misunderstandings or misconceptions about the ranks and species allowed here; if you've an idea for a new species or any questions regarding anything on this page, as always, please, don't hesitate to contact me either through a PM or by posting right here! I don't mind, and I promise, I don't bite! I'm here to help and make sure your rping experience here is the best it can be!

Ranks:

Alphas: The leaders of the Pack. They are in charge and make all final decisions; they are well known and respected.

Heirs: These are the ones chosen to carry on the pack leadership when the time comes. Though there may be several heirs, only ONE may be chosen to take over the Alpha rank when it is time.

Betas: The second in commands. They are in charge when the Alphas are out, busy, or if one or both Alphas are disabled, even in the event that an heir is chosen. The reason for this being, in most cases, if the Alphas are disabled, it is due to battle or war, or some other dire circumstance, and the heir might not be able to think clearly or coherently enough to make the best decision for the pack. The Betas may also rise to Alpha rank if the Alphas die without an appointed heir, and may take over the position temporarily if the chosen heir is underage.

Lead Warrior: The best warrior of all the pack, this warrior is the one that is in charge of the normal warriors or fighters, deciding when patrols will be made, who will go upon them, and aiding in tactical decisions when situations arise that involve conflict.

Lead Tracker: The best tracker of all the pack, this wolf is the one in charge of the other trackers; a rank similar to that of a Scout in other packs.

Field Medic: The Field Medic is the healer that knows both how to fight and heal, they are able to go out onto the battlefield to treat the critically wounded unable to make it back to the pack on their own and have no friend or pack mate able to aid them in the journey while fending off further attacks, and more damaging blows. This tactic has increased survival rates in times of battle and when the land is torn by bitter, blood thirsty war. They are the most skilled of both warriors and medics. Limited to 3.

Medic: The normal medics who heal and tend the wounds of the pack, some know how to fight and some do not. Regardless of that knowledge, these medics are the ones who remain behind in the safety of the pack in times of trouble, treating the wounded that are brought to them and affording them a safe place to rest.

Field Medic Apprentices: These are the new generation of Field Medics, in training to learn both the arts of warrior and healer. Limited to 3.

Medic Apprentices: These are the new generation of Medics, some will learn to fight if they so choose, so that they might be able to protect themselves should the need arise, but if they do not wish to pick up the fighting arts, it is not required. They must become proficient in the ways of herbs and treating all sorts of diseases.

Warriors: The fighters of the pack, they under the command of the Lead Warrior on a normal, day to day basis, but the Betas and Alphas may issue orders to them as well; these are the Wolven who patrol the territory, hunt, and keep the pack safe from harm.

Trackers: The scouts of the pack, if you will. They are under the authority of the Lead Tracker, though the higher ranks can issue commands to them as well, if the need arises. These are the Wolven who aid in hunting and tracking down potential enemies.

Apprentices: Those in training to become a warrior or tracker, they are the young who are too old to be considered pups, the teenagers learning to take on a role in the pack.

Mothers: These are the she-wolves of the pack that are expecting or have young children.

Children: Also known as pups, these are the young of the pack, and they must be protected at all times. They are never allowed in the territory alone, an adult must be present with them at all times when away from the camp.

Loners: The lone Wolven who do not accept pack life and choose to carve their own fate alone.

Species:

The species allowed here are mainly Wolven, Dire Wolven, Hybrid Wolven, Elves, Vampires, and Humans. Humans are allowed any occupation and life style they wish, as are Vampires, though many of the vamps have gone to darker paths like those involving crime and gangs, existences of utmost terror and horror, there are still those who just want to live out their days with a normal existence, and so merely continue on as an ordinary person would. However, I don't mind if you create other species and add them to the ranks, I love new ideas and creativity, so get to writing!
