Volcano Pack:                 

Where all the city folk live and sleep. The homes they come back too after work; renters are usually discrete and will accept any tenants as long as they are at least paid, for they realize the supernaturals could easily overpower them, and often do so out of a strong sense of intimidation.

Matt walked into the apartment building and towards the elivator that lead upstairs. He made sure that Fang was still close to him and he didn't lose her. 

Fang was sticking close. She didn't want to get lost, small vampires were still easy prey.

Matt leaned against the wall of the elivator as they went up a floor and opened. Matt lead him down the hall of doors towards the end and opened the door. He walked in and glanced around" alright here we are "he said opening the door. he waited for her to come in before closing the door. He then went towards the bathroom and grabbed the stuff he needed to give her some blood. He glanced back over towards her to make sure she was ok. He nodded towards the couch" there is a nice blancekt over there if you want to curl up and get warm "he said softly.

Fang curled up on the couch with her box of rats, carefully looking at each one individually, as one would scrutinize a piece of fruit, before settling on one that seemed to have gotten in a scuffle with one of the others and now had a crooked leg.

Matt grabbed one of the bags of blood Alex hand on hand for Nick. He knew they could be replaced kind of easily. He carried the stuff back to the living room and set it down on the coffee table. He started to get things ready and handed the blood bag that had a little thing she could open and sip the blood out of as well. He glanced over at her and gave a gentle smile. He then started to get the IV stuff set up in his arm so he could get blood for her. 

Fang was busying herself by meticulously picking the rats less likely to survive and ending their misery first.She curiously watched Matt. "Not hurt?"

Matt shook his head" nope it won't hurt... because it will be like drinking outt of a straw "he said gently pointing to the end of the IV tube" my blood will come in here "he said pointing to where he had put the needle into his skin" and then travel through the tube to where you can drink it "he said gently. He smiled and got a glass. he opened the thing up and saw the blood start to flow through. he let a couple drops drop into the glass before closing the thing once more. He was making sure the tube was clear. He then handed her the other end of the tube that was open so she could drink" ready? "he asked softly. 

Fang was very confused. "I'll try" she finally nodded, taking the tube and trying.

Matt opened up the tube and let the blood go through the tube to her mouth so she could drink it. He moved and sat down on the couch so he would be more comfortable. He wasn't sure how much she needed but he hoped she wouldn't drain him to badly. 

Fang tried not to spill any. This way of feeding was new to her and she was a bit clumsy, but for the first time in a while she was actually feeding. She tried to keep it short, not wanting to harm Matt any more than necessary. She carefully watched the color of his skin, wanting to let off before he lost too much blood.

Matt smiled softly and leaned back allowing her to drink a lot. He seemed to start to think about stuff and his mind started to spin with questions and concerns. He was thinking about what to do with Fang... he didn't feel right just to let her go off with out someone to watch over her. She kind of reminded him of Nick a little. He sighed and also was worried about Alex and wondering how she's doing with the move and everything that went down at the club. 

Hungry though she was, Fang noticed Matt going a bit pale and abruptly stopped, bending the tube in half and tapping his arm. "Done" her tone was way to serious to be coming from a kindergartener. 

Matt blinked slowly and slowly sat up" finished already? "he asked softly and blinked slowly. He closed the valve to the tube and nodded gently saying she could drain the tube if she wished. He did feel a little sleepy and light headed now but he knew it would pass soon just need to get some food in his system to help his heart make more blood. He gave a soft smile to her" where do you stay? "he asked softly.

Fang emptied the tube and looked up at Matts question. "No home." She answered. "behind club dumpster. warm there."

Matt frowned hearing this and looked down fore a moment. He bit his lip as if thinking about something and debating his options. There was a couple of options he would say no too. he couldn't just let her live out on the street. But he didn't know of any trusted Vampires around either. He knew how ever that she needed someone and thought why not him" would you like to live with me? I got a spare bedroom you could have.... and that way you could have a warm place to sleep and I can always make sure there is blood for you to have "he said softly to her. 

Fang tilted her head at his offer, as if testing to be sure she heard him. "Why?" she finally asked.

Matt blinked slowly at the question" because it's not good for a young girl even a young vampire to be living out on their own... I have a place that isn't being used. plus it would be safer.... it's dangerous to be out alone even for a vampire "he said softly showing that he cared about others. He knew the more she grew the more blood she would need. But he was ok with it and maybe someday he would allow himself to be turned but he didn't know... it depended on if she liked the idea of staying with him and having a place to call home.

Fang weighed her options, return to the streets and probably starve, or go with Matt and maybe accidentally kill him. The scales tipped even. "Don't let fang eat Matt." she said with her seriious tone again. "Fang will stay."

Matt smiled softly and nodded" alright I just got to pack up a few things here for a friend. She and her little brother are moving because they can't afford the rent here... So they found another place to live. So to make sure she and her brother stay safe I decided to get her stuff. So after I get the stuff packed and drop them off there we can head to my place so you can check it out? what do you say? "he asked softly and grinned" and don't worry I'm a tough guy. "he said softly.
