Volcano Pack:                 

Matt smiled gently and wrapped his protective arms around her comfortingly" I promise "he said softly and kissed the top of her head. Anyone that saw him with a child that didn't know him would see that he was great with kids and in fact could have been a father himself. But only a handfull of people actually knew that he had been a father. 

Fang rubbed her mouth, catching most of the drool and the last of the excess blood, only then did she dare to look at his neck.

Matt smiled gently and looked at her. He noticed how she glanced at his neck and smiled" need some more blood? "he asked softly. He didn't mind if she took some. 

Fang shook her head "Not hungry." she murmured, looking away from the punctures in his neck.

Matt nodded gently and smiled" ok "he said softly. He sat back on her bed and took a soft breath. his scent started to flicker a little showing signs of changing a hint of vampire scent could be caught. 

Fang was still a bit bothered by it but not so much anymore, if anything she was getting tired."

Matt smiled and held her. He gently rubbed her back" just relax... I'll stay until you fall asleep alright? "he said softly allowing her to stay curled up against him until she fell asleep. He would then put her in bed and cover her up before leaving and going into his room. 

Fang slept peacefully after that.

After she fell asleep Matt went to his room and laid down. he winced and ended up passing out from the pain. He woke up three hours later and blinked. his eyes were red in a need to feed. He slowly got up and moved. He got out the window and found some jerk about to attack a young girl in the alley. He snarled and jumped down. He landed next to the guy and pulled him off the girl. He told her to run which he was greatful she did. Matt threw The guy against the wall and bite him. The guy struggled but couldn't get him off him. Matt quickly drained the man killing him. he blinked slowly and thought about what to do now. He looked down at the body and swallowed. crap now he has a body to deal with. He crouched down and picked the body up. He threw it in the trash and climbed back up to his window. He crawled in before closing the window and going back to his room. 

Fang woke a little while later, still having trouble sleeping. She crawled out of her bed and crept slowly towards Matt's room.

Matt was laying in bed relaxing and looking up at the ceiling. His eyes held a little bit of the red color still as he had recently feed. He heard the small and quite sounds of bare feet on the wood floors. He smiled softly and turned his head to look towards the door. 

Fang whimpered and crept closer to him, hesitant as she smelled the blood on him still. "couldn't sleep"

Matt glanced over at her and smiled gently. He moved over and patted the bed" same here "he said softly. He had cleaned up some so that he didn't have blood on him but he could still smell it a little. He smiled softly" it's ok "he said softly. He knew new bloods were hard to handle and he knew he had to be careful but he seemed to have a good control over it right now.

Fang was wary but sleepily curled up next to him "hungry?" she asked mid-yawn. Despite her age, she wasn't blind to how fledgeling vampires operated, and she knew he would probably have to feed again at some point.

Matt smiled gently and softly brushed her hair out of her face as he wrapped his arm around her" I'm ok you just get some sleep alright? "he said softly. He knew he felt alright right now since he just feed and he'd be able to catch food around the city. he could hunt crime for his meal. 

Fang nodded and slowly fell back asleep

Matt stayed awake watching over her as she slept. he closed his eyes and relaxed. He soon found himself falling to sleep.

Fang slept soundly.

Matt slept soundly through the night and woke up early the next morning. He got up and found a criminal and grabbed him. He fed off him and finished him off. he dealt with the body and went back to the room and sat down at his desk doing some work.
