The Rotting Well and Decaying Barn are very nearly side by side, remnants that comprise the end of the old, abandoned farm that once stood so proudly. A favorite for kids, due to its curious nature, but a dangerous place for ones so young...

A dark shrowded figure trudged its way to the barn with what looked like a very long bag slung over the figure's shoulder. The night sky was dark in a way that foretold evil was about to take place. The kind of unholy darkness that sent a shiver down the spine of even the bold and the brave. The chilling air outside picked up in sudden whisps every now and then, billowing the frabric of the dark figure's hood in a way that revealed a hint of pale skin and glowing crimson eyes that seemed to pierce the darkness. Once inside the barn, the firgure dropped the bag non-too-gentely onto the ground and began to draw various runes on the walls and ground pointed towards the mysterious bag. As soon as everything was to the stranger's liking, she rose her gloved hands to the sky and began to chant a loud incantation.

The wind picked up as the woman's chanting grew louder, blowing dust around the bag which, to be fair, would probably have done better emptied of its contents. A stray gust caught the flap cover, the dry grey of a skull barely visible in the pale moonlight. As the spell reached a climax, the bones in the bag began to rattle. The wind kicking up harder, kicking more dust to the air. The clouds gathering almost like a storm was brewing. This was dark magic indeed.

The woman stepped over the rattling corpse and grasped it's skull in both of her slender hands before a wiked grin spread across her lips. "Rise, Severus. Your new life is calling, my friend." She whispered to the pile of bones as if it were already alive.

The remains continued to shake violently as they clacked together and tendon and flesh formed around them to wrap the bone in a sickly gray skin. From the skull poured forth a cascade of slightly matted black hair. As the dust settled, the woman was no longer holding a skull, but the face of a pale man. The eyes opened slowly, sallow lids giving way to eyes that had a similar glint to onyx. But something had gone wrong, this one was not mindless like the ones before, behind the dark orbs there lingered something that the necromancer didn't expect, his eyes were alert, and showed intelligence. "Where...." he started slowly, his speech slightly impaired by his new zombie status "where am I?"

The woman's thin smile quickly turned to a frown before it twisted into a scowl. "You can speak coherent english. Which means... I've animated  the brain as well." She hissed, letting Sev's head go gently back onto the ground so as not to accidently knock him out lest his bones still be brittle due to lack of circulation. "And by extention, not as easily manipulated." She mused to herself before adressing Severus yet again. "You've been dead for a very long time, Severus. And I, your new master, have just brought you back to do my bidding."

"A necromancer eh?" A brow quirked up in question. "And you think I'm going to do your bidding simply because you brought me back to life. Right?" He actually laughed. "You'd have done better to have reanimated a dog, .... er... what is your name?" He looked back sheepishly before a breeze brought a more important wyiestion to mind "more importantly where can I get some clothes?"

The corner of her mouth twitched into a half smile. "Clearly. I wouldn't have to clothe a dog." She chipped, flicking a wrist as if to say she wouldn't have his mouth. Her bright red gaze fell onto Severus in a critical manner as she mauled over his words from a moment. "I am Trill, the greatest necromancer to ever live." She quipped, the self-given title rolling off her tongue in a fond manner.

"Such a great Necromancer though I was clearly an accident." His words weren't malicious, but almost playful? "You clearly did some digging, at the very least you read my tombstone, considering you already know my name, Miss Trill."

Trill shrugged her shoulders with her slender arms crossed over her chest. "I was looking for a strong servant. I'd heard the name 'Severus' mentioned as well as the name of the cemetary they'd dumped you in, so I decided I'd come find you and see what you could do." She explained before taking a small napsack off her shoulder and tossing it to her new companion. "Here, I stole these off another corpse that looked about your size." She paused for a moment to take in Sev's pale complection and his dark hair. "I seem to have also found just the right style. Tall, dark, and brooding." She teased, flashing him a wide smile of dark and rotting teeth.

Severus chuckled, taking the clothes from the bag and slipping them on, "I'm a mage. I can bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses." he slowly stepped toward her "my kind can bottle fame, brew glory, and given the right circumstances, even put a stopper in death." The last words came as almost a purr. "Maybe you came with a challenge for me then?" he scrutinized her teeth.

Trill nodded as she turned on her heel and began walking out of the barn. "Yes... but I wouldnt want to be trapped in this barn when your challenge comes." She said, throwing her head back and cackling like an evil witch. As soon as she'd left, the barn was surrounded by the undead. The previous winds had picked up yet again with a furious howl, threatening to destroy the decaying structure before the zombies did.

Severus frowned, "Well, this wont do at all." He cast a glance across the menagerie of his fellow undead and a look akin to pity crossed his face as his arms raised and he began to chant. "O ingentem terram aperire flammas in ira tua, et exaltabo eum! Flamma autem mors eius exhauriunt cum Inferno hostis! Inimicus flammis inferni!" As he spoke, fire burst forth in a blazing inferno, engulfing even the barn itself and setting the legion ablaze. (Oh mighty earth, open up in rage and hoist up your flames! Flame of Death, exhaust this foe with your inferno! Destroy the enemy with the Flames of Hell!)

Thanatos entered the area mask on and jacket pulled up hiding his face a bit as he blocked the fierce winds of the storm with his arm as he got close to the barn swaying as if it could fall at any second. He had seent he summoning of undead and raised an eyebrow wondering who could have done something like this. Upon watching the barn burst into flames he stepped back shocked before chargeing foward unsure if anyone was in there. Making his way through the undead that hadnt yet reached the barn he did his best to avoid combat with them but had to cut a few down with his knife as his powers. or curse rather had no effect on them. He neared the doors of the barn and kicked them in at a spot that wasnt engulfed a bit "Is anyone in here!?" He called out useing his long jacket as a means to block the smoke from entering his lungs for a while atleast. He couldnt make out much however and made his way to what he thought might be someone trapped.

Trill stood just outside the blazing building as zombies rushed past her and into the fire to ultimately perish. She rose an eyebrow when she heard a second, unfamiliar voice, but shrugged it off. Who ever it was may be lucky enough to die in a firy demise and become another one of her servants. However, she was impressed by the level of destruction Severus was able to deal onto the imposing enemy.

Severus looked toward the noise "get back!" He shouted to the approaching Thanatos. "I've got this under control, just GO!" He was moving his way out of the barn.

Thanatos paused hearing his voice before nodding then replying as he was sure his nod wasnt going to be seen "Its gonna fall any second this side is open!" He called out as he moved to the door he came in which had a few more zombies shambleing, or unforcunately running in. Thana began to slay then one or two at a time before one managed to latch on to him. He kept the monster at bay not allowing its teeth or nails to sink in and possible infect him and seeing a few more closeing in Thana decided if he couldnt get out that way he would make an exit.. Useing the zombie as a sort of battering ram he charged throuhg one of the fiery walls of the barn useing the zombie to shield him from the heat of the fire and the brunt of breaking the decayed rotted and now burning wood which gave way rather easily. And he just so happened to crash through the wall that was right by Trill. Upon crashing out of the barn thana ended up falling ontop of the zombie after looseing his footing for a second causeign the undead's skull to crash against the hard ground caving the back of its skull. He got to his feet ready to face anymore of the undead and ended up locking eyes with Trill for a split second uttering a rather confused "What the.." Before he whirled around senseing another shambleing few zombies approaching

Trill pursed her lips when she caught sight of the stranger. With a flick of her wrist, all if the undead save for Severus seemed to freeze in time. Even the furious winds haulted. Stuck in their unmoving possions, all that could be heard were the growls and moans from those of the dead that still had their mouths open. The now curious necromancer stalked up to Thanatos. "Who are you? You don't seem to be missing any flesh so you can't be one of mine? Or even dead at all for that matter."

Severus quenched the flames and also looked toward Thanatos "well this has become an interesting turn of events." He smirked.

"My name is Thanatos.. I saw the weather from a little ways away and came to see what was going on... Didnt expect this though.. One of yours? Your a necromancer?" He asks tilting his head a bit which made him rather curious now. Would his curse effect her? He turned to see Sev as well "Im taking it that you were the one in the barn?" He asks his hands slipping into his pockets out of habit
