Volcano Pack:                 

Excise couldn't help but admit it: at his car's recent behavior, especially with the door opening after it pulled up, he was a bit disturbed. However, he wasn't one that freaked out easily, and he was not going to be the one who ran into the house blathering on about a haunted car. He was too calm, too rational and reasonable, for that. So instead of flipping out and racing back into the building to find his partner, interrupting her as she made her amends, and distracting them from what was really important, Excise curled his lip, glanced back over his shoulder, and crossed his arms, using his logic and reasoning to figure things out as he took a couple steps back. He wasn't getting into the vehicle, certainly, but he wasn't going to let this bother him too badly, either. Besides, Excise wasn't really sure he believed in ghosts or the paranormal - he thought that perhaps there were spirits who resided in their own realms, but he wasn't really going to go into detail with that, and had too much else to consider in his life to develop such theories further. Elza was a Wolven, that much he knew, and she had most likely been born as such, meaning she would, by now, have a good idea and grasp upon her powers. She had fixed the cars up pretty fast - within the time span of a few hours, something practically unheard of, in fact. So that opened up the possibility that she had some kind of ability that went with electronics, or at the very least, mechanics. He could ask her about it later. For now, he merely sighed, turned, and leaned against the fender, crossing his arms over his chest as he waited.

Not sensing Excise freaking out she had the car turn off the the door close. "Im gonna go tell him it was me. I dont think he liked the little prank.." She frowns a bit worried he might actaly be upset at her for her bad attempt to take his mind off of things by having have a haunted car. She stepped from her office out in to the garage floor "So, is everything alright with her?" She asks as she walked over, referring to the car of course as she had just finished talking to Liz. she gave a bit of a guilty grin "I guess my little tricks didnt scare you, sorry figured it might help you take your mind off some things.

Peter and Liz smiled and nodded. Peter watched her go for a moment before looking at liz" liz I'm sorry I didn't tell your before I turned but I was in the moment and I didn't want to slow down... "he said gently. Liz smiled gently and nodded" it's alright I can tell you love her a lot... I'm happy for you Peter... I'm glad you found someone to spend your life with "he said gently. Peter nodded" yeah some day you might meet someone like I meet Elza... someone who means the world to you "he said gently" and someone who you mean the world to them "he said softly and they hugged gently. Liz laughed some" yeah right I doubt a guy would think of me in anyways besides a girl who can kick their butt "she said gently. Peter laughed and after taking a moment to talk they turned and followed Elza out to Excise. 

"Bill? nah dont worry about it" She spoke as if it didnt really matter "It took.. not even a minute... And besides your a friend i wouldnt charge you. Just pass my place along to anyone needing a fix if you would be kind enough to do so." She noticed his features changeing and wondered what that really ment. Was it like a half form? A sort of werewolf mode he could morph in to? She didnt pry he knew he wasnt the kind to speak freely of himself so often. "if you ever want some changes done to her bring her by and let me know. Ill have to charge for the parts but.. Well if you bring me just about any scrap i can turn it in to parts so you wouldnt have to pay nearly as much" She adds glad she could help him out in fixing his car

Peter messed with Liz's hair who messed with his back and they ended up in a small teasing and pals messing with eachother fight Before Peter picked Liz up and threw her over his shoulder" alright how about now.... whatcha gonna do now? "he asked chuckling. Liz blinked" PETER PAN PUT ME DOWN "She said grumbling. Peter laughed" what did you say Lizzy? "he asked gently. Liz blushed" Don't you dare call me that "she said and Peter just laughed as he walked over. he noticed how Excise was part wolven at the moment and kept Liz's facing away from them giving Excise enough time to shift back into human again. He grinned" yeah Elza does an amazing job fixing cars up "he said gently and put Liz down after Excise went back to his human mode. He went up behind Elza and wrapped his arms around her gently. Liz laughed and stumlbed back towards Excise when she was set down. She had a wide smile on her face. bigger then most of the others Excise seen on her today. 

Elza let out a gasp when Peter picked her up just like he did with liz "Peter your gonna drop me!" She cried out not liking being disorentated like this although it could be seen as rather cute as Elza didnt have much of a say what peter did now. She grabbed on to him not wanting him to accidently drop her to the hard polished floor below

Liz felt Excise arms try to catch her and they end up tumbling over and her landing on his chest. She winced a little and groaned" oh. "she said and blinked some as she looked up at him. Her cheeks went a little flushed in embarresment but cute blush at the same time" well hello "She said gently trying to make ilght of the situation. Peter laughed and spun Elza around a little before coming to a stop and letting her slide down his chest as he wrapped his arms around her gently holding onto her. He smiled gently and looked over towards the two. He tilted his head kissing her cheek and whispered something very light that it would barely leave his lips before fading away. His lips came close to Elza's ear" Ithink those two would make a cute pair don't you? "he asked her. 

Elza stifled her own giggle by hidng her face in Peters neck and nodded her head as she wrapped her arms around him in a hug happily before going over and offering Liz and Excise both a hand to help them rise back to their feet. "You two get banged up whereever you are dont ya?" She smiled pointing out their string of badluck lightheartedly, atleast they were okay and their car was fixed

Liz was in his lap blushing big time as she was pressed against his chest in a rather flattering position. She looked up at him and nodded" yeah I'm ok... you? "She asked gently. Peter smiled gently and chuckled some. Liz took Elza's hand and slowly got up when she offered. She couldn't help but chuckle" yeah seems that way "he said smoothly.

After helping them up she returned to Peters arms happily leaning against him "So... You two heading out?" She asks before biting her lip a bit "Your a cop.. Well damn all three of you are (im so dumb if peter isnt one xD) Do.. you think you can find my friend a partner..? It worrys the crap out of me whenever he is on shift with no one to back him up.. Leon, the "New" Guy" She added the last part with some air quotations "He might not have been a cop for long.. but he has been through some pretty rough stuff.. And.. well i know you two are already partners.. and i doubt they will let you run around as a three person team or something weird like that.. Just.. Try to get him a good partner okay?" She asks hoping it didnt seem like an odd question

[ Peter is one.. he's more closer to being a detective but yeah he's a cop XD] Peter wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her check lovingly. He smiled hearing her speak about her friend. Liz leaned back against the car and relaxed" oh Leon... I heard he's a good cop "she said gently and smiled" I know a perfect person to be his partner... He's brave loyal and strong... But also... He can be one of the best friends anyone can have, one that will be there in the best of times and never leave your side in the worst "She said gently. Peter looked at Liz and for a moment wondered who in the world she could be talking about. he was trying to think of who else is transfering over from chicago but he couldn't think of anyone.. he didn't think she had made friends that quickly here... then it hit him... oh duh. She's talking about him since he didn't have a partner. not that anyone would figure that one out right away.

(They should just be detectives that the chief lets do as they see fit, lol. They kinda do that now anyway XD) Excise listened quietly with his usual cool demeanor as Elza first spoke, and then glanced to Liz when she piped up. Recognizing instantly whom she was referring to, he returned his luminous emerald like gaze to the happy couple even as he tucked his hands in his pockets. His black shirt was one that was slightly dressy, but not too much - it had a collar and buttoned, but was open at the chest, revealing an ample patch of his pale skin, and stopped at his waist, where denim jeans began their protective embrace. Black tennis shoes were attached to his feet rather than his usual boots - he had switched to them later in the day, when it became clear they were better suited for all the infernal chasing the pair had been doing. Upon his wrist was a woven band of hemp, something like a friendship bracelet, which appeared odd for a tough, icy like male like him, though most didn't question him about it. The department had learned long ago it wasn't something he discussed, as it was fundamental part of his own tragic history. His long blonde hair, the color of corn in the midst of summer, remained in its pony tail, but the strands he'd let loose on the sides were just as wavy as ever, as were the rest of his thick, long locks. His complexion was a creamy white, and rendered an acne sufferer envious of its clarity, but Excise himself seemed unaware of the fact that, despite his icy demeanor, he was still attractive, and many women did indeed like him. He just ignored that fact. Though he'd caught a whisper of the little comment Peter had made to Elza when they first fell, even if he hadn't made it out completely, he knew it was something about them. He hoped it wasn't an observation that was too embarrassing. In answer to the brunette's question, however, he murmured smoothly, "I'll put in a word with the chief tomorrow. We need to go to the station for a certain interrogation anyway." Though distant, it seemed he genuinely was a good guy, for all his caution in letting another close, and truly cared about the world and those people in it, as evidenced by the immediate way in which he made the promise, a vow he fully intended to keep in every aspect and sense of the word. Perhaps it would even lead to some interesting teamwork in the future...something Excise would have go grow exceedingly used to, as he was more accustomed to working alone on his cases.

Elza caught on and turned to peter unsure if he liked working alone or if he wanted a partner. she didnt know too much about his work after all.. He never really discussed it with her. She turned back to Excise and nods with a smile "Thank you, thank you both" She spoke gently unsure what else to say besides to thank them. She knew they would be on their way soon too which she honestly didnt want, she liked hanging around with them but she knew they had their own lives and jobs to do and wouldnt keep them waiting

Peter grinned and nodded" I look forward to working with him... besides that would help both of you to know that I'm ok and you will be happy to know he'll be alright "he said and kissed her cheek lovingly. He didn't talk to much about his work because often it's murder cases he's called in on. Liz grinned gently and nodded" sounds good "she said gently and leaned back. She moved her wrist some and winced slightly. right she injured it earlier and that fight with peter earlier didn't help. She rubbed her face some. The all could smell dried blood on her and could tell it was hers. Her sleeve had dried blood on it. " I guess we can put this day in the Crazy nuts file hmm? "She asked gently. Peter couldn't help but smile and laugh at that" yeah that would be an understatement of what today was "he joked and smiled" for a good deal of the morning anyways "he said gently. Liz looked up at him" most of the morning for you... all flipping day for us Peter pan "she muttered. 

"Alright then, you two be safe out there" Elza reminded them gently with a smile as they had to go. she looked up at peter and smiled a bit "We should get some rest as well.. after all your not off tomorrow" She smiles and kissed his cheek gently "I wish i could ride along with you... Mayby one day you can let me?" She asks gently giving him a face he just couldnt say no too
