Matt frowned and held her gently" it's ok... I'll protect you I promise "he said gently as he started to gently rub her back hoping to help her relax and calm down.. 

Matt smiled gently" it's ok sweetheart "he said gently and held her close rubbing her back gently.

Once Fang was calm, she stepped back from Matt. "What do today?" She asked him like one would expect a child. She was calming down and slowly becoming more vocal but for now her vocabulary was limited and broken. 

He thought for a moment trying to think of what to do. He smiled and looked at her " what would you like to do? "he asked gently.
