Nick smiled gently and took her hand gently rubbing her ears comfortly. hearing her ask to promise her that he frowned some" I promise.... I'll make sure he doesn't catch either of us "he whispered softly and hugged her. Destiny looked at them and blinked.  Asriel started to eat the wings and smiled" sounds good to me "he said and glanced up to see a wolven who looked like he had gotten into one to many stupid drunk bar fights walk in. 

Alaska smiled and started to eat a bit more enjoing her shake and some fries she playfully stole from Nick. But her happy mood was destroyed when the male walked over to Des.. "Oh great i bet this is the guy..." Frisk and asriel were in their own little world with eachother at the moment

Nick chuckled and smiled when she stole some of his but didn't mind. He blinked seeing the guy and frowned. in his mind that he kept open he thought to her' yep that's him.... a guy that's a jerk. ' he said smoothly. Destiny glanced at him and blinked" James "She said and frowned" what are you doing here? "She asked gently. James glanced at the two kids with her and then looked at her" you should return home Destiny these runts arn't your problem "he said coldly. Destiny stood up" James we'll speak of this later "She said smoothly. James gave off a very big alpha persona but Destiny in this moment gave off an alphaness energy and strength to her. Asriel smiled gently at her and kissed Frisk then turned and looked over senses some negivive engery in the room. 

Alaska stood up and got inbetween Des and james as if she was going to tell the male off. she was short and small as she was just a child but she gave off the same powerful energy. Frisk glanced over at them and sorta stood up as it was so close by. "Azzy.. we should make sure the kids are okay.." SHe whispers to him "Chara and i will handle the guy if we need to.." She also whispered as she got ready incase it got ugly

Destiny blinked and looked at Alaska. Nick blinked and stood up" Alaska "he said gently and stood there with her. Destiny blinked and looked at James" James go "She said said gently" leave us alone "She said smoothly. James smirked" baby... don't forget the male is top of the pack "he said reaching out to smack both Alaska and Nick aside. nick lashed out and bit his hand hard. shifting as he bit down on the guys hand. James gasped and stumbled back holding his hand up in the air causing Nick to hang there by his jaws growling. Asriel nodded and saw this. He quickly moved towards them and glared" LOWER YOUR HAND AND DON'T YOU DARE HARM THAT BOY "he growled slashing at James back. Destiny blinked. Jessie the owner saw this and sighed walkign off to her office. 

Frisk sorta jumped in as well ending up tossing Nick into Azzy's arms as alaska tried to rush foward and attack to be stopped by Asriel as well as Frisk and Des both ended up tossing James through a store window.. Unfortunately a rather large shard of glass lodged itself into his neck leaving him gurgleing and trying to breath.

Nick blinked being caught by Azzy who held him close and then wrapped his other arm around Alaska when she tried to rush forward" no stay back... That guy just ticked off the wrong two woman "he said speaking of FRisk and Chara but then seeing Des helping toss him out the window. he blinked. Des walked out looking down at James who was gasping for air and holding his throat. Destiny crouched down and looked at him" should have listened and avoided losing a life "She said ripping the glass out of his throat and standing up dropping the glass on the grown that shattered in pieces. James blinked and slowly passed away. lossing one of his lives and nearly his last. 

Alaska watched as he crashed through the window and des walking back in as Frisk walked over chara a bit upset she didnt get to have much fun "Well that takes care of that.." She murmers softly before turning to see des walk back in before seeing Azzy and the two children

Nick winced and trembled some. Azzy held onto the kids keeping them from danger. Destiny walked in and glanced at them. She blinked and narrowed her eyes" waiting tilll I was busy with dealing with something else to try something hmm? "She asked and lunged at him. Azzy blinked" what?.... Wait no...I was just.... oh sh** "he said getting tackled but Destiny. he let both Nick and Alaska go. 

Frisk saw this and went wide eyed before chargeing in tackleing des off of her boyfriend causeing them to end up rolling around on the floor fighting for control before suddenly a few shots ran out making them both freeze. Alaska had fired her pistol into the roof to get their attention as she couldnt speak. Nick was able to explain now that they werent trying to rip eachothers throats out at the moment that Azzy was just trying to protect them

Jessie called the cops on the situation and also got her own shot gun. She then walked back out into the shop. Destiny snarled then blinked when the shot rang out. She glanced over to Alaska with a raised brow. when did she have that?. Nick sighed" geez both of you calm down.... Des he wasn't attacking us he was protecting us.... "he said gently. Azzy walked over to Frisk and hugged her gently. 

Alaska sorta backed up seeing Jessie comeing out with the shotgun and started to panic. She was debating on running or having someone tell her to drop it. Alaska didnt want this to turn deadlyer though... "N-Nick" She whimpers to him getting his attention to jessie. Frisk grabbed onto Asriel shooting Des a glare like "How dare you hurt someone to kind and fluffy" sort of like a glare you give someone when they kicked a puppy "Are you okay Azzy..?" She asks softly

Nick blinked and saw Jessie before going to Alaska and stood between them" woah it's ok "he said gently" Alaska you might want to put your gun away "he said softly. Destiny looked at Frisk and frowned some before looking over at Jessie" Jessie it's ok... everything is fine "She said gently. Jessie huffed" yeah well I called the cops and their on their way "She said bluntly. it's clear she didn't like people messing up her place. Destiny chuckled softly and nodded" of course you did "she said gently" who's coming? "She asked gently. Asriel smiled" I'm fine... and she was just trying to protect the kids and it was a missunderstanding "he whispered gently. 

Alaska did so and went right up to jessie and sort of seemed to hug her. Jessie felt something touching herback pants pocket and when Alaska returned to Nick Jessie felt a few 100s were slipped into her pocket. repair money perhaps? Alaska was odd but atleast she paid for things she messed up. she hugged nick now as Leon walked into the door "Nick? Alaska? whats going on here? And who are you?" He asks Des seeing she was with the kids... he started to worry a bit as alex forgot to tell him about des. Frisk nuzzled into Asriel gently wanting to leave with him asap

Jessie blinked and hugged her back. She blinked and got the cash in her pocket. She blinked some and raised a brow. Nick smiled and hugged her gently. He blinked hearing Leon's name" Leon "he said gently. Destiny blinked" huh? oh yep I see what Alex sees in yeah. darn she's lucky "She said with a smile" lucky to get a handsome guy like you "she said with a smile" I'm Destiny Alex's friend from boxing. I thought she sent you a text about her being called into work today and sent you my contact info... "She said gently and smiled. Nick smiled gently. Jessie glanced over at him" oh a new cop? "She said gently. She put her shot gun away. 

"Oh.. I thought you were babysitting them back at my house. What happened out here?" He asks before looking to Jessie and nods "Yeah. "First" day" he nods speaking as if it really wasnt his first actualy day. They could tell he had been through worse stuff before and in no time at all they were able to go their seperate ways. Leon took the kids home while des did what she wished an dfrisk and asriel left to explore

Des explained what went down and then after that she gave Leon the cash Alex gave her at the club" give that to Alex when you see her later " she said before hugging Nick and Alaska then ran out the door. Jessie sighed and walked off" gosh maybe I should have listened to my parents when they said not to get into owning a business in this town" she muttered going into her office disappearing. Nick smile gently and followed Leon out. Asriel followed Frisk. 

The store was empty now. Des heading out into the street. leon to his home with the kids and frisk and asriel to wherever azzy decided now

Asriel and Frisk decided to hang around the ice cream shop as they got hungry after the fight. 

Brook had heard of a fight in the ice cream shop and came here to see if it anyone had seen her sister here. Akiba was shortly behind her. 

Frisk went up to the counter before coming back with some fries, more boneless wings with random sauces and a burger for herself as well as two large sodas and a slip she can turn in to grab a freshly made dessert. Akiba walked in. looking rather out of place with his rifle and armor and noticed how busted up the place looked like a fight broke out
